The CIT GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the administrative district Spree-Neiße. It acts as their Regional Economic Development Agency (RDA). It is a public equivalent body and not-profit oriented but organised under German private law. It was established in 1993. The CIT GmbH has a lean structure, consisting in one managing director and five project managers, which are responsible for carrying out the topics of the usual business activities. The work of the project managers is supported by one project assistants and back-office manager. These eight competent persons are available with experiences within freelance work and daily collaboration with SMES.
